Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation of orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, typically 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Sale items are eligible for refund unless otherwise noted. However, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a gift that you would like to return, please contact us for assistance.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the information provided below.

For credit card payments, we will need to verify the transaction details before processing any refund inquiries. For PayPal payments, we may need to confirm the transaction ID and your PayPal email address. Please have this information ready when contacting us about a missing refund.
